The pre-lunch Cooking Demo features 3 Star Michelin Italian chef Annie Féolde from Enoteca Pinchiorri in the Gaggenau Demo Kitchen. After the demo enjoy a short reception before indulging in a 4 course lunch from Annie Féolde, Lanshu Chen of Le Moût, Jennifer Backman from The Weekapaug Inn and pastry chef Liz Williams from Blackberry Farm featuring the wines of Gaja.
